Generals.
The TMDT 8/35 Digital TV Link Transmitter is designed to operate in
the 5.4 to 9.9 GHz range to transfer multiple high quality digital Video
and Audio programs in the same userdefined RF channel bandwidth. The
output power is +35 dBm for BPSK, QPSK and 8PSK modulation and +32 dBm
for QAM modulation.
Ultra
low phase noise oscillators and a powerful linearity precorrector
allow to minimize the Bit Error Rate (BER) also using the maximum spectrum
efficiency modulation systems (BPSK, QPSK, 8PSK or QAM).
Indoor & Outdoor. The TMDT 8/35 microwave up-converter
is suitable in indoor or outdoor waterproof version for rear parabola
mounting facilities.
Analog or digital. The TMDT 8/35 up-converter is suitable for
digital or analog operation, with full compatibility with existing analog
IF modulators. It is available with standard 70 MHz IF or with different
IF frequency on request.
Full metering, control and system diagnostic is available
on the front panel.
Digital networks compatibility. The TMDT 8/35 transmitter is
suitable to be integrated in any analog or digital network including
satellite digital receivers and terrestrial digital or analog broadcasting
transmitters.
